After water and air, sand is one of the most consumed raw materials. The extraction of primary sand and gravel is finite. That is why Bioterra has been researching the valorisation of an extensive range of recycled aggregates for several years.
We developed new techniques and insights to give the low-grade materials a high value. These can be used as high-quality recycled content in the construction sector. And for this, Bioterra designed a new installation. Bioterra 3.0 is a fact.
We are proud to announce that we can present AggReMix (Aggregates-Recycling-Mixing) as from September 2023. It is a wide range of high-quality recyclates (recycled aggregates) for the construction sector. The offer consists of "pure" recycled and certified raw materials as well as mixtures of both bound and unbound product compositions.
We offer tailor-made solutions for a wide range of construction applications: sand cement, lean concrete, bonded crushed stone foundation, sand and granulate mixtures for your own product.

AggReMix SAND AND AGGREEGATE MIXTURES
These are the 'pure' recovered raw materials and aggregates, which are washed after crushing. Where necessary, these can be supplemented with primary materials. They are 100% circular basic products that are available in a wide range of fractions. In mutual consultation, search for the most suitable mixture for your specific application. Here the principle applies: "You ask, we produce".
AggReMix SCREED
The AggReMix screed is a high-quality mixture specially developed as a substrate for floors. It consists of 100% recycled sand and added cement. A certified product with (cement-free) alternative binder is in full development...

AggReMix STABILISED SAND
This mixture consists of an optimized mix of 100% recycled sand and added cement. It is the perfect durable underlay for terraces and paving.

- Compressive strength: 3 MPa
- Compressive strength: 4 MPa

AggReMix LEAN CONCRETE
This recipe consists of 100% recycled aggregates with a grain size between 0/8 mm to 0/40 mm. We deliver the suitable composition tailored to your project.

AggReMix BOUND CRUSHED STONE FOUNDATION
This crushed stone foundation is a mix composed of 100% recycled aggregates, sand and added cement. Particularly suitable for roads and foundation works for industrial sites.

- Type IA (0/40 mm): Compressive strength > 3 MPa after 7 days
- Type IIA (0/20 mm): Compressive strength > 3 MPa after 7 days
